Gambelia wislizenii Genomic Resources

The long-nosed leopard lizard (Gambelia wislizenii) is a species of relatively large North American lizard. This species is diurnal and inhabits arid and semiarid plains growth, like bunch grass, alkali bush, sagebrush, creosote bush, and other scattered low plants where it preys on small lizards, insects and sometimes rodents. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
