1、数据采集:采集检测对象,桥梁;采集检测性能类型,耐久性能;采集服役桥梁的电化学信号及钢筋样品。 2、数据处理:基于所采集的电化学信号及钢筋样品,采用有限元技术构建电化学检测信号-力学性能之间的关系模型;构建符合实桥边界条件的电化学信号-变形度-剩余寿命的时变模型;、基于所构建的电化学信号-变形度-剩余寿命的时变模型,制成锈蚀钢筋失效色谱标本,通过对比即可得出桥梁的耐久性能,生成桥梁耐久性能检测工艺数据集,包括采集对象、电化学信号采集部位、采集时间、有限元模型构建数据、时变模型构建数据、锈蚀钢筋失效色谱标本数据及桥梁耐久性能评估值等。 3、数据应用:可用于我国桥梁耐久性能检测,对桥梁结构的健康状态做出及时并且准确地评估和预测,对桥梁结构健康状态的异常和病害损伤,能给出具有专家水平的管养决策方案,适用性强,可靠性好,便于推广应用。

1. Data Collection: The detection target is bridges; the detected performance type is durability performance; electrochemical signals and steel bar samples of in-service bridges are collected. 2. Data Processing: Based on the collected electrochemical signals and steel bar samples, the finite element technique is adopted to establish the relationship model between electrochemical detection signals and mechanical properties; a time-varying model of electrochemical signals-deformation degree-residual service life that conforms to the boundary conditions of actual bridges is constructed; based on the established time-varying model of electrochemical signals-deformation degree-residual service life, failure chromatography specimens of corroded steel bars are prepared, and the durability performance of bridges can be obtained through comparison. A bridge durability detection process dataset is generated, which includes collection targets, collection locations of electrochemical signals, collection time, data for finite element model construction, data for time-varying model construction, data of corroded steel bar failure chromatography specimens, and bridge durability evaluation values, etc. 3. Data Application: This dataset can be used for bridge durability detection in China, to conduct timely and accurate assessment and prediction of the health status of bridge structures, and provide expert-level management and maintenance decision-making plans for abnormalities and disease damages of bridge structure health status. It has strong applicability, good reliability, and is convenient for popularization and application.
