Development and validation of a sepsis prediction model based on structured electronic medical records in emergency triage

To develop and verify a sepsis prediction model based on structured electronic medical records(sEMR) in an emergency triage to explore the effect evaluation of early sepsis screening by using available information.The data was extracted from the MIMIC-IV database and the predicted outcome was sepsis. We developed three models: model 1 was based on vital signs, model 2 added demography and history to model 1, and model 3 added chief concerns to model 2.
