In scenarios such as typhoons and heavy rainstorms, it can assist managers in analysis, judgment and decision-making, enabling timely release and implementation of relevant countermeasures to minimize disaster losses. Taking the latest numerical forecast outputs of the Global Forecast System (GFS) as input data, it converts the data into grid-based rainfall data through numerical interpretation, conducts topological analysis based on the vector layer of Ninghai, Ningbo's administrative boundary, dynamically extracts grid point information within the boundary, and generates hourly forecasted areal rainfall amounts for different time periods within the next 72 hours for this region.
