船舶修造行业高处作业气象风险等级数据

资源简介:

采集实况和预报气象数据,探究各气象要素对船舶修造行业高处作业的影响。研制高处作业气象风险预报模型,搭建专业的气象服务平台,形成即时气象监测超阈值告警、小时到日的气象风险动态预警及影响提示和应对措施等数字化服务产品,实现高处作业气象风险从观测、预报预警到服务、应急处置的全流程闭环管理,有效提升企业气象风险防范能力和安全生产效率。通过实时更新的实况或预报数据,得到高处作业相应的气象要素影响等级,采用函数最大值方法,取各因子气象风险等级中的最高等级。假设高处作业的气象风险等级为Y4,具体计算公式如下:Y4=max(Yw,Yr,Yt,Yv,Ym),其中Yw为风力对应的气象风险等级,当风力>5级为Ⅰ级(高风险),当4级≤风力≤5级为Ⅱ级(中风险),当风力<4级为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yr为降水量对应的气象风险等级,当降雨量≥4.0毫米为Ⅰ级(高风险),当2.0毫米≤降雨量<4.0毫米为Ⅱ级(中风险),当降雨量<2.0毫米为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yt为气温对应的气象风险等级,当气温<0.0℃或气温≥37.0℃为Ⅰ级(高风险),当0.0℃≤气温≤3.0℃或35.0℃≤气温<37.0℃为Ⅱ级(中风险),当3.0℃<气温<35.0℃为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yv为能见度对应的气象风险等级,当能见度<200米为Ⅰ级(高风险),当200米≤能见度≤1000米为Ⅱ级(中风险),当能见度>1000米为Ⅲ级(低风险);Ym为对流天气对应的气象风险等级,在5km范围内,有闪电为Ⅰ级(高风险),无闪电为Ⅲ级(低风险)。

This study collects real-time and forecast meteorological data to explore the impacts of various meteorological elements on high-altitude operations in the shipbuilding and repair industry. A meteorological risk forecasting model for high-altitude operations is developed, and a professional meteorological service platform is built, forming digital service products including real-time meteorological monitoring exceedance threshold alarms, dynamic meteorological risk early warnings from hourly to daily scales along with impact prompts and response measures. The full-process closed-loop management of meteorological risks for high-altitude operations from observation, forecasting and early warning to service and emergency disposal is realized, effectively improving enterprises' meteorological risk prevention capabilities and work safety efficiency. Based on real-time updated real-time or forecast data, the meteorological element impact level corresponding to high-altitude operations is obtained, and the maximum function method is adopted to take the highest level among the meteorological risk levels of each factor. Assuming the meteorological risk level of high-altitude operations is Y4, the specific calculation formula is as follows: Y4 = max(Yw, Yr, Yt, Yv, Ym) Where Yw is the meteorological risk level corresponding to wind force: - Level Ⅰ (high risk) when wind force > 5; - Level Ⅱ (medium risk) when 4 ≤ wind force ≤5; - Level Ⅲ (low risk) when wind force <4. Yr is the meteorological risk level corresponding to precipitation: - Level Ⅰ (high risk) when rainfall ≥4.0 mm; - Level Ⅱ (medium risk) when 2.0 mm ≤ rainfall <4.0 mm; - Level Ⅲ (low risk) when rainfall <2.0 mm. Yt is the meteorological risk level corresponding to air temperature: - Level Ⅰ (high risk) when air temperature <0.0℃ or ≥37.0℃; - Level Ⅱ (medium risk) when 0.0℃ ≤ air temperature ≤3.0℃ or 35.0℃ ≤ air temperature <37.0℃; - Level Ⅲ (low risk) when 3.0℃ < air temperature <35.0℃. Yv is the meteorological risk level corresponding to visibility: - Level Ⅰ (high risk) when visibility <200 m; - Level Ⅱ (medium risk) when 200 m ≤ visibility ≤1000 m; - Level Ⅲ (low risk) when visibility >1000 m. Ym is the meteorological risk level corresponding to convective weather: - Level Ⅰ (high risk) when there is lightning within 5 km; - Level Ⅲ (low risk) when there is no lightning.
