本数据集是“轧制全流程多工序协同自主管控软件与应用示范”的核心成果集合。数据集围绕轧制全流程炼钢、热轧、冷轧的生产计划排程、产品质量管控和数字孪生系统开展数据的采集,集中反映炼钢-连铸-热轧的生产计划考虑合同、工序物流、设备状态等方面的优化排程参数和排程计划,容量848.05MB。针对轧制区域各个工序的所有采集的工艺参数可以进行高频方式的可视化以及材料性能的预测数据,热轧工艺质量分析数据等。采用数字孪生技术面向热轧产线实现生产和设备状态的呈现,设备构成和设备工艺状态分析的数据。本数据集充分描述了轧制全流程排程、质量管控和数字孪生软件关键指标和实际示范应用的软件成果,为轧制全流程稳定、优化生产运行提供了有效的数据支撑。
This dataset is a core achievement collection of the "Rolling Full-process Multi-procedure Collaborative Autonomous Control Software and Application Demonstration" project. The dataset collects data focusing on production scheduling, product quality control and digital twin systems for the entire rolling process covering steelmaking, hot rolling and cold rolling. It centrally reflects the optimized scheduling parameters and schedules for the steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling production plan, which takes into account factors such as contracts, process logistics and equipment status, with a total size of 848.05 MB. All collected process parameters for each procedure in the rolling area can be applied to high-frequency visualization, material performance prediction, hot rolling process quality analysis and other related data applications. It uses digital twin technology to display the production and equipment status of hot rolling production lines, and provides data for equipment composition and equipment process state analysis. This dataset comprehensively documents the software achievements related to key indicators and actual demonstration applications of full rolling process scheduling, quality control and digital twin software, and provides effective data support for the stable and optimized production operation of the entire rolling process.
