Supraspinal Neuron Injury Responses

A collection of single nuclei datasets from various types of spinal-projecting neurons in adult mice, responding to spinal cord injury. Scripts to analyze the data are available in Github (https://github.com/RegenerationLab/Supraspinal_Injury) and the data are fully described in a forthcoming publication entitled "Injury Distance Limits the Transcriptional Response to Spinal Injury".
