分析食堂每天的荤菜、素菜和米饭的消耗量以及餐后倒掉的饭菜总量,计算出每天食堂餐后倒掉的饭菜总量与总消耗量的百分占比,从而对每天食堂饭菜质量的好坏进行分类,方便公司食堂后期为员工提供更优质的饭菜。通过食堂的台账记录,采集食堂每天的荤菜、素菜和米饭的消耗量,并对就餐后倒在垃圾桶的饭菜进行称重,对采集到的原始数据进行处理,基于食堂每天的荤菜消耗量a、素菜消耗量b、米饭的消耗量c以及餐后倒掉的饭菜总量d,得到每天食堂餐后倒掉的饭菜总量(d)与总消耗量(a+b+c)的百分占比,从而对每天食堂饭菜质量的好坏进行分类,方便公司食堂后期为员工提供更优质的饭菜。
This dataset focuses on analyzing the daily consumption of meat dishes, vegetarian dishes and rice in the cafeteria, as well as the total amount of leftover meals after dining, and calculating the percentage of the total leftover meals relative to the total daily food consumption, so as to classify the quality of the cafeteria's meals each day, thereby helping the company cafeteria provide better meals for employees in the future. Specifically, the daily consumption of meat dishes, vegetarian dishes and rice is collected from the cafeteria's ledger records, and the leftover meals dumped in trash cans after dining are weighed. After processing the collected raw data, based on the daily meat dish consumption a, vegetarian dish consumption b, rice consumption c and total leftover meals d after dining, the percentage of the total leftover meals (d) relative to the total consumption (a+b+c) is calculated to classify the quality of the cafeteria's meals each day, so as to facilitate the company cafeteria to provide higher-quality meals for employees in the later stage.
