On 2 June 2010, Provinciale Staten adopted the Environmental Vision in which the geometry, star region is indicated on map 2D as part of the core quality map. The coherence of core qualities in the areas indicated in this stock is of provincial importance, an integral provincial advice for these areas is a priority and the use of provincial resources (including subsidies) to preserve and develop the core qualities in these areas is a priority.
