3T3-L1 preadipocytes were infected with Tmbim1 knockdown/overexpression lentivirus then differentiated with insulin, IBMX, dexamethasone and rosiglitazone for 6 days. And total RNA extracted from the cells were subjected to RNA-seq to analyze and compare transcriptome to understand gene expression regulated by TMBIM1.
