Global RNA transcriptomic data from colonic crypts from CDX2P-CreERT2-Apc580S/+/ KrasLSL-G12D/+ mice.

We investigated (a) the impact of canonical cancer driver genes (oncogenic Apc and Kras) on plasma membrane order and cholesterol homeostasis, and (b) the effect of cholesterol on modulating plasma membrane-mediated signaling pathways. As a part of the project, global RNA transcriptomic data from colonic crypts form CDX2P-CreERT2-Apc580D/+/ KrasG12D/+ mice was subsequently used to identify potential transcriptional regulators that could explain the observed changes in gene expression.
