Survey of Housing Conditions 1995, Household Level

This data set is taken from the "Survey of Housing Conditions, 1995" conducted by Statistics Norway (SSB) on behalf of The Ministry of Local Goverment and Regional Development. SSB carried out their own living conditions surveys in 1967, 1973, 1981, 1988 and 1995. Since 1997 the collection of housing data is integrated in the new arrangements for the collection of living data. The purpose of this study was to provide a broad description of living conditions in Norway, and to identify changes in living conditions over time. The survey includes the following topics: household size, housing finance (as the cost of rent, light, heat, maintenance, and interest and principal on the mortgage), the property standards, own and lease conditions, disposal of second homes and holiday homes, moving plans and contact with neighbors. The data set is divided into two files. One file is at the household level, and contains most of the variables. The other is at the individual level per dwelling, and includes variables for individuals in different households. This file contains data on household level.本数据集源自挪威统计署（Statistics Norway, SSB）受挪威地方政府与区域发展部委托开展的《1995年住房状况调查》。挪威统计署曾分别于1967年、1973年、1981年、1988年及1995年独立开展生活状况调查。自1997年起，住房数据采集工作已整合至全新的生活数据采集体系中。 本研究旨在全面刻画挪威的居住状况，并厘清不同时期居住状况的演变趋势。 本次调查涵盖以下主题：家庭规模、住房相关财务支出（含租金、电费、供暖费、维护费用，以及抵押贷款的本息支出）、住房品质标准、自有与租赁住房情况、第二住宅及度假住宅的处置方案、搬迁计划，以及邻里往来情况。 本数据集分为两个文件：其一为家庭层面数据文件，包含绝大多数变量；其二为按居住单元划分的个人层面数据文件，涵盖不同家庭中的个人相关变量。 本文件即为家庭层面数据集。
