Law No 69 of 18 June 2009 provides in Article 21 (Transparency on remuneration of managers and rates of absence and increased presence of staff) that "Each of the public authorities referred to in Article 1(2) of Legislative Decree No 165 of 30 March 2001 as amended, is obliged to publish on its website annual salaries, curricula vitae, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers for professional use.
