Presentation service for a uniform topographic presentation graphic on a scale of 1:25.000 on the basis of free and official data sources. The service covers the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany as well as the neighbouring countries.
Data is based on high resolution raster data in print resolution (200 pixels/cm, 508 dpi) generated in UTM32 (EPSG:25832).
Layers are provided for a normal output, grayscale variant and brightened variant.
The product presents, among other things, free official geodata of the Federal Government and the Open Data Länder Berlin, Brandenburg, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony and Thuringia.
In addition, under a cooperation agreement, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Rhineland-Palatinate provide their official geodata for the TopPlusOpen, so that these countries are presented exclusively by official data.
In the other federal states and abroad, OSM data are mainly used in the corresponding zoom levels, which, from the point of view of the BKG, meet all quality requirements and can be almost seamlessly combined with the official data.
