Fate-restricted HSCs generated distinct phenotypic MPP2. Here we report the epigenetic profiles of Vwf+Gata1+ and Vwf-Gata1+ MPP2. MPP2 subpopulations (Vwf+Gata1+ and Vwf-Gata1+) from adult mouse bone marrow (8-12 weeks) were FACS sorted for bulk ATAC-seq (500 cells per replicate and 4 replicates per population).
