This dataset analyzes the usage behaviors and service consumption patterns of customers who purchased Smart Home Security Host Systems, establishes a customer consumption capacity stratification model, and identifies differences among different customer groups in terms of service usage frequency, function call depth and cooperation stability. On this basis, the preference of customers at different tiers for system functions and the characteristics of their service demands can be grasped. Based on this stratified dataset, differentiated product configuration recommendations and service optimization plans can be provided for platform service providers, system integrators and relevant partners, so as to more accurately meet the diversified usage and service demands of customers and improve customer stickiness and platform activity. 1. Data Collection: Collect consumption data of customers who purchased Smart Home Security Host Systems, and organize the data based on customer consumption capacity.
