GWAS facial shape variation in humans

Summary statistics of a GWAS meta-analysis of facial shape phenotypes involving data from four cohorts of European descent (Rotterdam Study from the Netherlands, TwinsUK Study from the UK, ALSPAC Study from the UK, and Pittsburg Study from the USA, N=10,115) including 7,029,494 autosomal single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and 78 facial distance phenotypes obtained from 13 facial landmarks.
