砷进入人体内被吸收后,破坏了细胞的氧化还原能力,影响细胞正常代谢,引起组织损害和机体障碍,可直接引起中毒死亡。调味品中的总砷含量的检测,为政府部门监管提供依据,避免因调味品中的总砷含量超标使用而产生食品安全问题,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)调味品中的总砷检测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)调味品中的总砷含量检出问题项次数:通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)调味品中的总砷含量发现率=调味品中的总砷含量检出问题项次数/调味品中的总砷含量监测总数*100%。
Once absorbed into the human body, arsenic impairs cellular redox capacity, disrupts normal cellular metabolism, induces tissue damage and systemic dysfunction, and may directly cause fatal poisoning. Detection of total arsenic content in condiments provides a scientific basis for government regulatory supervision, prevents food safety risks arising from excessive total arsenic content in condiments, and further safeguards food safety for consumers.
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as sample ID, test quantity, sample name, test item, detection method, maximum allowable limit, reported value, unit, and other relevant parameters;
2. Data Processing:
(1) Compliance Judgment for Standard Limits: A reported value is classified as non-excessive if it is "not detected" or less than or equal to the maximum allowable limit; otherwise, it is classified as excessive. The IF and OR functions are employed for this calculation.
(2) Total Number of Total Arsenic Tests for Condiments: Refers to the total number of tests included in the data statistics scope.
(3) Count of Non-Compliant Total Arsenic Test Results for Condiments: Sum the quantity of tests that exceed the standard limit using the SUMIF function.
(4) Non-Compliance Detection Rate of Total Arsenic in Condiments = (Count of Non-Compliant Total Arsenic Test Results for Condiments / Total Number of Total Arsenic Tests for Condiments) × 100%.
