收藏资源简介:
Supplementary Material 1. The R scripts for data loggers data analysis. The R scripts used to process the raw data from the data loggers produce the results presented in "Temporal Temperature Variations along the Elevation Gradient" (illustrated by Figures 2 and 3) and "Comparison of Temperature Variables during and after Drought Years" (illustrated by Table 1 and Figures 4 and 5).Supplementary Material 2. The R scripts for weather station data analysis. The R scripts used to process the raw data from weather stations produce the results presented in "Temporal Temperature Variations along the Elevation Gradient" (illustrated by Figures 2 and 3) and "Comparison of Temperature Variables during and after Drought Years" (illustrated by Table 1 and Figures 4 and 5).Supplementary Material 3. The raw data from the climatic data loggers (zipped file). The file names are based on the month in which the data were downloaded, the plot number and the serial number of the data logger. Information on the elevation of each plot number can be found in the R-script available in supplementary file 1. The raw data can be processed and analysed using the R-script in supplementary file 1.Supplementary Material 4. The raw data from the two weather stationsThe file names are based on the elevation, the station name, and the range of the date when the data was recorded. The raw data can be processed and analysed using the R script in supplemetary file 2.
