Round goby hydraulic force time series for training a Deep Neural Network

The data set contains hydraulic force time series data. Preserved round gobies were connected via a 10.0 cm long metal stick to a multi axis Force/Torque sensor. The data were recorded at a frequency of 1000 Hz in seven channels (Time, Force X, Force Y, Force Z, Torque X, Torque Y, Torque Z. The data are stored as MATLAB files (.mat) with a specific naming convention (AABBBCCDDD). The names are composed of the bottom structure tested (AA) (four treatments), the experimental group (BBB) (four groups), the fish species (CC) (only round goby <i>Neogobius melanostomus</i> were tested), and a three digit individuum id (DDD). The four bottom structure treatments were BR (fish positioned near a rough bottom surface), BS (fish positioned near a smooth bottom surface), CR (fish positioned 10 cm above the rough bottom), and CS (fish positioned 10 cm above the smooth bottom).
