The data is mainly generated by superconducting single-photon detectors and time-to-digital converters (TDCs), and automatically processed by software. This dataset includes the following three data items: 1. Original detection data during the QKD process; 2. Data after screening and AOPP processing; 3. Data for post-processing and final secret key rate calculation.
