绍兴袜盟知识产权服务有限公司是经省市场监督局评审后认定的浙江袜业知识产权联盟，根据自定规则对袜业企业知识产权数据进行检索分析，通过数据了解袜业企业知识产权情况并评估袜业企业知识产权等级情况，有助于联盟或监管部门通过企业量化评估知识产权情况并做出针对性的方案补充企业短板，同时为联盟内的企业的删选为联盟扩充联盟单位做出数据依据。数据来源：中国知识产权相关数据库中有关袜业企业的知识产权数据。算法规则：从袜业企业的公司成立年数、国际专利、发明专利授权、发明专利公布、实用新型专利、外观设计专利、商标、软件著作权、集成电路布图和知识产权质押数量11大价值维度，赋予相应的系数及计算公式计算数值，利用IFS函数对专利进行价值判定，用于评价袜业企业的知识产权评分并对评分进行等级划分，为本联盟、市场主体、成果转化机构提供评判支撑。算法规则包括：系数为：国际专利系数为5，发明专利授权系数为4、发明专利公布系数为，实用新型专利系数为3，外观设计专利系数为2，商标系数为3，软件著作权系数为2，集成电路布图系数为4和知识产权质押系数为4。计算公式为 X=（5*国际专利数+4*发明专利数+1*发明专利公布数+3*实用新型专利数+2*外观设计专利数+3*商标数+2*软件著作权数+4*集成电路布图数+4*知识产权质押数）/公司成立年数。再根据系数和企业的知识产权对应的数量进行计算企业知识产权得分X，根据得分X进行等级评估，具体等级为：X<5等级为E，5<X<10等级为D，10<X<50等级为C，50<X<150等级为B，X>150等级为A
Shaoxing Sock Alliance Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. is recognized as the Zhejiang Sock Industry Intellectual Property Alliance after review by the provincial market supervision bureau. It conducts retrieval and analysis of intellectual property (IP) data of sock industry enterprises based on self-formulated rules, to gain insights into their IP status and evaluate their IP grades. This work helps the alliance or regulatory authorities conduct quantitative IP assessments of enterprises, formulate targeted solutions to remedy their shortcomings, and provides data support for the alliance to screen and expand its member enterprises. Data Source: IP data of sock industry enterprises sourced from relevant Chinese intellectual property databases. Algorithm Rules: The evaluation covers 11 value dimensions, including the number of years since the enterprise's establishment, international patents, granted invention patents, published invention patents, utility model patents, design patents, trademarks, software copyrights, integrated circuit layout designs, and the number of intellectual property pledges. Corresponding coefficients and calculation formulas are assigned to compute scores, with the IFS function used to determine patent values. The IP scores of sock enterprises are evaluated and classified into grades, providing evaluation support for the alliance, market entities and achievement transformation institutions. The specific coefficient settings are: international patent: 5, granted invention patent: 4, published invention patent: 1, utility model patent: 3, design patent: 2, trademark: 3, software copyright: 2, integrated circuit layout design: 4, and intellectual property pledge: 4. The calculation formula is: X = (5 * number of international patents + 4 * number of granted invention patents + 1 * number of published invention patents + 3 * number of utility model patents + 2 * number of design patents + 3 * number of trademarks + 2 * number of software copyrights + 4 * number of integrated circuit layout designs + 4 * number of intellectual property pledges) / number of years since the enterprise's establishment. After calculating the enterprise's IP score X based on the coefficients and corresponding IP quantities, grade evaluation is conducted per the score X, with specific grade criteria as follows: - X < 5: Grade E - 5 < X < 10: Grade D - 10 < X < 50: Grade C - 50 < X < 150: Grade B - X > 150: Grade A
