The State Employee Survey 2024

The Government Employee Survey 2024 is a collaboration between DFØ, Statistics Norway and Opinion AS. The survey is a representative survey conducted among government employees, with the exception of some groups. The main purpose of the survey is to map what it is like to work in central government, which provides important knowledge to further develop government personnel policy and management. The government employee survey is conducted every three years. In the fall of 2024, the survey was conducted for the seventh time since 2007.
