ColonCancerCT-2025: A Dataset of Abdominal CT Scans

This dataset contains CT scan images and clinical data from 40 patients, including 12 malignant and 28 non-malignant colon cancer cases. CT Scan Images DICOM Files: Original non-contrast and contrast-enhanced scans in DICOM format. PNG Files: Preprocessed and resized images derived from DICOM scans for deep learning applications. Dataset Split: Train: 7,937 images (malignant and non-malignant) Validation: 1,701 images Test: 1,702 images 2. Clinical Data (CSV) Includes structured patient-level information: age, sex, weight, height, and diagnosis. Each row corresponds to one of the 40 patients.
