The Mycobacteriaceae Phenome Atlas (MPA) is a mycobacterial phenome database that integrates phenomic data of mycobacterial strains via literature mining, third-party database integration and bioinformatics annotation. This database contains 82 microbial phenotypic traits, which are categorized into two major groups: polyphasic phenotypes and functional phenotypes. It supports search and comparison functions, and reveals the co-evolutionary relationship between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and certain important phenotypes such as virulence factors.
