RoNIN
The RoNIN Dataset was created by Washington University in St. Louis. It contains over 42.7 hours of IMU sensor data and ground-truth 3D motion data, covering 100 human subjects. During data collection, the subjects used smartphones naturally to simulate daily activities. The dataset creation involved two smartphones: one fixed on the body for 3D tracking, and the other freely used to collect IMU data. This dataset is primarily used for developing and evaluating neuro-inertial navigation systems, aiming to address the problem of position and orientation estimation under complex motion conditions.
