积累一定数量的PET厚度测试数据,通过相应的算法,制定出PET厚度的内控标准,用于判定PET无纺布的厚度是否达标。1.收集一定量的PET厚度测试数据,数据规模不少于5组,每组数据不少于10个点;2.计算各组数据的平均值avg、最大值max和最小值min,再计算所有avg的平均值、最大值和最小值,得出综合平均值、综合最大值和综合最小值,内控标准值的计算方法为:目标值使用avg综合平均值、最小平均值用avg综合最小值+0.02mm、最大平均值用avg综合最大值-0.02mm、最小单点值用avg综合最小值-(max综合平均值-min综合平均值)/2、最大单点值用max综合最大值-(max综合平均值-min综合平均值)/2,分别得出厚度目标值、最小平均值、最大平均值、最小单点值和最大单点值。
Accumulate a sufficient quantity of PET thickness test data, and formulate the internal control standard for PET thickness via corresponding algorithms, which is used to determine whether the thickness of PET non-woven fabric meets the acceptance criteria. 1. Collect a set of PET thickness test data that includes no fewer than 5 groups, with each group containing no less than 10 data points; 2. Calculate the average value (avg), maximum value (max) and minimum value (min) for each group of data. Subsequently, calculate the average, maximum and minimum values of all the avg values to derive the comprehensive average, comprehensive maximum and comprehensive minimum values. The calculation method for the internal control standard values is defined as follows: take the comprehensive average of the avg values as the target thickness value; take the comprehensive minimum of the avg values plus 0.02mm as the minimum average value; take the comprehensive maximum of the avg values minus 0.02mm as the maximum average value; take the comprehensive minimum of the avg values minus (comprehensive maximum value - comprehensive minimum value)/2 as the minimum single-point value; take the comprehensive maximum of the avg values minus (comprehensive maximum value - comprehensive minimum value)/2 as the maximum single-point value.
