Transcriptome sequencing on Echinochloa glabrescens

We conducted a comparative analysis using metabolomics and transcriptomics to investigate the differences between an FPB-resistant E. glabrescens population and a susceptible E. glabrescens population after treatment with the recommended field dose of FPB.
