毛竹林下间作大百合对根际土壤微生态的影响
通过化学分析法测定土壤理化性质(图1)及酶活性与微生物量(图2);采用Illumina高通量测序解析根际微生物群落,计算α/β多样性指数(图3-4)并分析门水平群落组成(图5);利用LEfSe分析识别各间作模式下的特异性微生物标志物种(图6)。结果表明,不同间作模式通过改变土壤环境选择性富集特定微生物类群,其中竹杉混交林(MG)在提升真菌多样性及促进菌根真菌共生方面表现尤为突出。
