本数据集以《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》及建筑垃圾资源化处置相关政策文件为核心数据源，利用大语言模型与知识图谱技术抽取构建。数据集深度拆解了法规文件、发布机构、适用主体、权利义务、禁止条款、处罚规则及监管指标，形成包含高精度实体与约束关系（三元组）的结构化政策图谱数据。可直接应用于建筑施工企业合规自查、环保监管智能问答、政策溯源分析等核心场景。This dataset takes the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste and relevant policy documents on resource utilization and disposal of construction waste as its core data sources, and is constructed via information extraction using Large Language Models (LLMs) and knowledge graph technologies. The dataset deeply decomposes regulatory documents, issuing authorities, applicable subjects, rights and obligations, prohibited clauses, penalty regulations and supervision indicators, forming structured policy graph data containing high-precision entities and constraint relationships (triples). It can be directly applied to core scenarios including compliance self-inspection for construction enterprises, intelligent question answering for environmental supervision, and policy traceability analysis.
