This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing sales data of opposite brake valves in Anhui Province, with the goal of understanding the demand levels and consumption preferences of such valves across various regions within the province. By implementing measures including increased inventory reserves and priority supply for high-demand regions, it supports all enterprises in the industry to formulate targeted production strategies, thereby better providing personalized products and services to customers. 1. Data Collection: Collect regular transaction data of opposite brake valves across different regions in Anhui Province. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis work. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the following formula: $P = frac{A_1( ext{Total sales of the region in the past 6 months}) - B_1( ext{Total special orders of the region in the past 6 months})}{A_2( ext{Average total sales of all regions in Anhui Province in the past 6 months}) - B_2( ext{Average total special orders of all regions in Anhui Province in the past 6 months})}$. Note: "Past 6 months" refers to the 6-month period counted backward from the date of the corresponding sales transaction. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Segment regions into three tiers based on the calculated demand score P: high-demand regions (P > 1.1), medium-demand regions (0.9 ≤ P ≤ 1.1), and low-demand regions (P < 0.9). Subsequently, arrange more precise production and marketing strategies according to the regional classification levels.
