HUD Multifamily and Healthcare Fiscal Year Production

Multifamily will provide quarterly updates of Multifamily (MF) Production and Office of Healthcare Programs (OHP) data. The FHA MF and OHP Firm Commitments and Endorsements Database file contains data from FY01 – FY25 Q1 and is updated on a quarterly basis. Mortgage insurance premium (MIP) category information is available for projects that had firm commitments issued after the current MIP rates became effective on April 1, 2016. Please refer to the Federal Register notice from March 30, 2016 for additional information regarding MIP categories.<br><br>The Federal Financing Bank HFA Risk Share projects can be filtered within this update by filtering the 'Program Subcategory' field (column J) to the values of "HFA Risk Shg FFB NC/SR" and "HFA Risk Shg FFB Existing". This filtering has been created within the quarterly file, see the "HFA FFB Usage" tab.<br><br>This dataset includes:<br>1. The database<br>2. A set of explanatory charts and graphs<br>3.
