This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2021 Seasonal Study Q2' cruise (2021704). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station NLEG24 taken on 2021-05-12T17:34:03.686Z at 81.6845278°N and 30.5194009333333°E.
