The effect of cGAS or STING knockout on gene expression changes in mouse brain after ischemic stroke

Mounting evidence indicates that the cGAS-STING pathway represents the major DNA sensing pathway to invoke immune and inflammatory responses in neuroinflammatory disorders. Here, we examined the gene expression changes in the brain of cGAS or STING knockout mice after ischemic stroke. Overall design: Total RNA of brain from cGAS or STING knockout mouse after ischemic stroke was isolated and sequenced by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 2500
