corrosion data of pure metals (Ni and Ti) and alloys (316H SS and GH3535) in liquid GaInSn

The interactions between GaInSn, and several metal materials, including pure metals (Ni and Ti) and alloys (316H stainless steel (SS) and GH3535), at 650 °C were investigated. The composition of materials before corrosion are listed in Table 1 and 2. Specimens of Ni (8.0 mm × 8.0 mm × 2.0 mm), Ti (10.0 mm × 8.0 mm × 1.2 mm), 316 H SS (10.0 mm × 8.0 mm × 2.0 mm), and GH3535 alloys (9.0 mm × 9.0 mm × 2.0 mm) were placed into quartz tubes with dimensions of 250 mm (length) × 20 mm (diameter). The specimens were then heated at 650 °C for 5 h. After corrosion in GaInSn, the composition of specimens were listed in Table 3 to 6.
