Nanopore sequencing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex genomes

This project aims to sequence Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) genomes belonging to under-represented lineages. The goal is to enhance our understanding of the genetic diversity and unique characteristics present in these less-explored lineages of the MTBC.
