Biogeochemical Nitrogen Transformations Under Contrasting Mixing Regimes in Two Coastal Water Columns

This dataset contains data produced in the context of my (Sebastian Haas) PhD dissertation in the CERC.OCEAN group (Prof. Douglas WR Wallace), Oceanography Department, Dalhousie University, Halifax, NS, Canada, in the years 2015 to 2020. It contains a wide range of biogeochemical data and associated methodological information from three locations: Bedford Basin (Nova Scotia, Canada), Powell Lake (British Columbia, Canada), Whycocomagh Bay (Nova Scotia, Canada). The document entitled Appendix_D_data_deposition_description.docx contains methodological information on the data as well as a guide through the files within this dataset. It also contains a description of the sampling times and locations.
