PRIME-FP20: Ultra-Widefield Fundus Photography Vessel Segmentation Dataset

PRIME-FP20 dataset is established for development and evaluation of retinal vessel segmentation algorithms in ultra-widefield fundus photography. PRIME-FP20 provides 15 high-resolution ultra-widefield fundus photography images acquired using the Optos 200Tx camera (Optos plc, Dunfermline, United Kingdom), the corresponding labeled binary vessel maps, and the corresponding binary masks for the FOV of the images.PRIME-FP20 数据集（PRIME-FP20 dataset）专为开发与评估超宽视野眼底摄影（ultra-widefield fundus photography）场景下的视网膜血管分割算法而构建。该数据集收录15幅由英国邓弗姆林Optos股份有限公司（Optos plc, Dunfermline, United Kingdom）的Optos 200Tx相机采集的高分辨率超宽视野眼底摄影图像，配套提供与之对应的标注二值血管图，以及图像视野（Field of View, FOV）对应的二值掩膜。
