This series contains the agendas and business papers of the Radiological Advisory Council.The Radiological Advisory Council was constituted under the Radioactive Substances Act, 1957. The main functions of the Council were to consider and advise the Minister upon such matters and questions as the Minister may from time to time refer to it relating to any proposal for making, altering or repealing any regulation; the administration of the Act; and the prevention or minimising of dangers arising from radioactive substances and irradiating apparatus.(1)Endnotes1.
