Changes in fungal diversity and function after fire in boreal forest. fungal diversity after forest fire
收藏资源简介:
The boreal peat forest play important roles in global carbon cycling. Wildfire have significant impact on forest ecosystem in terms of plantation and carbon flux, which in turn, to alter the diversity and function of microbes under forest floor. In this study, we investigated the fungal diversity and function changes in a choronosequence forest after fire by using 454 pyrosequencing and GeoChips. The results showed that the fungal diversity and species richness decreased with time after fire, whereas the fungal biomass increased. The soil pH and temperature had significant effects on the fungal community structure shortly after fire. Meanwhile, the soil C/N ratio, CO2 efflux, soil water content as well as vegetation play important roles in driving the community structure in long term after fire.
