The invention relates to a stuffing screw (1) for conveying a feed material from an inlet area (2) to an outlet area (7)， the areas (2， 7) having different pressure levels， with simultaneous drainage of the feed material by compression， with a housing (4 ) and a rotating screw (5) with a screw length L in the axial direction. It is characterized in that the rotating screw (5) is designed to be detachable in several parts， at least one detachable connection of the multi-part rotating screw (5) being provided within the screw length L and with at least two parts (10， 11) within the screw length L. multi-part rotating screw (5) made of different metallic materials. This enables the screw auger (1) to run for longer， as well as shorter downtimes in the event of renovation， with less material being used overall.
