RNA seq and methyl RAD analysis of mantle tissue of Crassostrea hongkongensis under normal and acidified sea water conditions conditions

Crassostrea hongkongensis is one of the important commercial , estuarine oyster species from Hong Kong and south china sea region. In this project, we have provided RNA seq and DNA methylation data from mantle tissue of juveniles grown under normal (~pH 8.0)and acidified sea water conditions (~pH 7.4).The aim of this experiment is to understand the changes in gene expression and DNA methylation under ocean acidification in the mantle tissue.
