To more effectively manage enterprise product inventory turnover across nationwide operations and develop targeted advertising and marketing strategies, enterprises can build historical user profiles from order records, formulate user tags, and classify user consumption tiers. This work provides data support for enterprises to establish product distribution warehouses across the country and formulate advertising and marketing strategies tailored to the purchase and usage volume of CNC machine tools by regional consumers, thereby helping enterprises accurately grasp market trends, improve customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. 1. Data Collection: Record the quantity of CNC machine tools purchased and the total number of purchased CNC machine tools for an individual user within a given month. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the proportion of an individual user's CNC machine tool purchases in the total regional CNC machine tool consumption using the formula: (User's CNC machine tool purchase quantity / Total CNC machine tool consumption quantity) × 100%. 3. Data Classification: Rank users in descending order based on their consumption proportion in the total consumption. Adopt the ABCDEF classification method for consumption tiering: users with a proportion ≥ 0.3% are categorized as "Class A Consumers"; those with a proportion ≥0.25% and <0.3% as "Class B Consumers"; those with a proportion ≥0.2% and <0.25% as "Class C Consumers"; those with a proportion ≥0.15% and <0.2% as "Class D Consumers"; those with a proportion ≥0.1% and <0.15% as "Class E Consumers"; and those with a proportion <0.1% as "Class F Consumers". 4.
