Urinary peptide concentrations in DC-ren PROVALID

Urinary peptide concentrations in DC-ren PROVALID. The Prospective Cohort Study in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for Validation of Biomarkers (PROVALID) study prospectively collected annual clinical information and bio-samples from persons with type 2 diabetes in five different European countries over a period of up to six years. The DC-ren project selected 480 patients from this cohort for in-depth molecular characterization including longitudinal measurements of blood and urinary biomarker candidates as well as a broad set of urinary peptides. Data from a total 1591 study visits are available.
