通过分析电工电线生产行业废气中的阈稀释倍数数据，结合化学成分分析结果，识别并量化电工电线生产行业废气中主要恶臭物质、明确其具体化学成分和物质浓度，评估这些成分对整体恶臭感知强度的具体贡献比例。利用分析得出的电工电线生产行业主要恶臭物质的阈稀释倍数，来针对性选择污染治理工艺和除臭方案。（1）数据采集：采集电工电线生产行业废气各类恶臭物质来源的成分及浓度等各类数据。 （2）数据处理：将采集到的数据通过以下方法分析得到对应物质的与阈稀释倍数：阈稀释倍数=22.4*物质浓度/（嗅阈值*分子量）。 （3）数据应用：阈稀释倍数是代表恶臭物质贡献的主要指标,该指标是衡量清洁空气需要稀释恶臭样品到无明显气味时的倍数，用以分析和识别主要废气恶臭物质来源和成分。 结合化学成分分析结果与阈稀释倍数数据，识别主要废气恶臭物质来源、成分及其对总体恶臭强度的贡献，为制定针对性的废气恶臭控制策略提供依据。
By analyzing the threshold dilution factor data in waste gas from the electrical wire manufacturing industry and combining with chemical composition analysis results, this study identifies and quantifies the main odorous substances in the waste gas of this industry, clarifies their specific chemical compositions and concentrations, and evaluates the specific contribution proportion of these components to the overall olfactory perception intensity. The threshold dilution factors of the main odorous substances derived from the analysis are used to select targeted pollution control processes and deodorization schemes. (1) Data Collection: Collect various data including the composition and concentration of various odorous substance sources in the waste gas from the electrical wire manufacturing industry. (2) Data Processing: Analyze the collected data to obtain the threshold dilution factor of corresponding substances via the following method: Threshold Dilution Factor (TDF) = 22.4 × Substance Concentration / (Olfactory Threshold × Molecular Weight). (3) Data Application: The threshold dilution factor is the core indicator representing the contribution of odorous substances. This indicator measures the multiple of clean air required to dilute an odorous sample until no obvious odor is detected, and is used to analyze and identify the sources and components of main odorous substances in waste gas. Combining the results of chemical composition analysis and threshold dilution factor data, this study identifies the sources and components of main odorous substances in waste gas, as well as their contribution to the overall odor intensity, providing a basis for formulating targeted waste gas odor control strategies.
