From patches to richness: Assessing the potential impact of landscape transformation on biodiversity - Dataset and codes

Eight Tropical Andean biomes described as their patch sizes and distance between them. The associated codes allow to estimate different fragmentation metrics and to explore the effect of turnover on regional species richness for each biome (Arnillas et al. in press).Each biome map used to produce these tables has been obtained from Tovar et al.
