RAW264.7 were firstly incubated with competitors, and then treated with capsaicin-probe in the absence or presence of competitors. After incubation, the cells were collected. Chemoproteomic experiments were performed with TMT quantitation in RAW264.7 cells. Probe-labeled targets were performed with TMT quantitation for on beads digestion.
