资源简介：
Datasets from Visium, Slide-seq, Stereo-seq, STARmap, Xenium, CosMx, VisiumHD Spatial Transcriptomics Technologies. Additionally synthetic data generated using SRTsim package.
10X Visium: Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex (DLPFC, 12 slices), Human Breast Cancer (HBC), Mouse Brain Anterior (MBA), Human Ovarian Cancer (HOC), Human Lymph Node (HLN), and Mouse Kidney (MK).
Note: Data.zip contains only the DLPFC 151673 slice.
STARmap: Mouse Visual Cortex (MVC)
Stereo-seq: Mouse Brain (MB), Axolotl Brain (AB), and nine time-point samples from the Mouse Organogenesis Spatiotemporal Transcriptomic Atlas (MOSTA - E9.5 E1S1, E9.5 E2S1, E10.5 E1S1, E10.5 E2S1, E11.5 E1S1, E12.5 E1S1,E12.5 E2S1, E13.5 E1S1, and E14.5 E1S1)
BaristaSeq: Mouse Primary Cortex (MPC)
SlideSeq: Mouse Olfactory Bulb (MOB)
Xenium: Mouse Partial Coronal
CosMx: Simulated Human Lung Cancer (sHLC)
VisiumHD: Human Colorectal Cancer (HCC)
SRTsim: Synthetic(1 and 2) datasets, 12 cluster configurations.
Ground-truth annotations are available for DLPFC 12 slices, HBC, MBA, MVC, AB, MOSTA 9 datasets, MPC, sHLC, and HCC.
