优化紫苏花青素提取工艺并考察生物活性。以氯化胆碱、乙二醇及乳酸为原料制备了三元低共熔溶剂,用三元低共熔溶剂为提取剂,利用超声-微波-紫外提取法对紫苏叶中的花青素进行了优化提取,并考察了其生物活性。

This study aims to optimize the extraction process of anthocyanins from perilla leaves and investigate their biological activities. First, a ternary deep eutectic solvent was prepared using choline chloride, ethylene glycol and lactic acid as raw materials. Then, taking this ternary deep eutectic solvent as the extractant, the ultrasound-microwave-ultraviolet extraction method was adopted to achieve the optimized extraction of anthocyanins from perilla leaves, and their biological activities were further investigated.
