直通型迷宫密封液相流泄漏率理论模型

依托清洁切削国研发项目,以液相流迷宫密封为研究对象,开展了理论计算与数值模拟,研究了液相流在迷宫密封中流速、压力、质量泄漏率等流场特征的变化规律,建立了液相流迷宫密封解析模型。主要数据项包括:静态压力分布、静态压力误差、轴向速度分布、质量泄漏率、验证实验数据和数值仿真云图。
Supported by the National Clean Cutting R&D Project, taking liquid-phase flow labyrinth seals as the research object, theoretical calculations and numerical simulations were carried out. The variation rules of flow field characteristics including flow velocity, pressure, mass leakage rate and other parameters of liquid-phase flow in labyrinth seals were investigated, and an analytical model for liquid-phase flow labyrinth seals was established. The main data items include: static pressure distribution, static pressure error, axial velocity distribution, mass leakage rate, verification experimental data, and numerical simulation cloud diagrams.
